What I look at
Every customer goes through a few stages. In one of them you may be losing the customer
Five stages, and in each one I look for two things: what leaks time (you do it by hand and stay stuck) and what leaks money (a sale that exists and never happens). I do not start from the tool: it shows up at the end, as the plug for the leak.
They find you
The moment someone who had never heard of you discovers your business exists: Google, a referral, social, an ad, or the sign on the street.
They like what they see
The seconds where they decide whether you look professional. Photos, website, profile, the first reviews. This is where most people leave without ever contacting you.
They look you up
They compare, read reviews, ask someone they know, and send a message. By now they want to buy, they just need a reason to trust you.
They buy
The moment they decide to go ahead with you: they ask for a quote, get the proposal, clear the last doubts, and pay.
They come back and refer you
The life of the customer after the first purchase: they come back to buy again, leave a review, and refer you to other people.
What you get
A 30 minute conversation and a written report
It is not a service pitch or a sales meeting in disguise. It is the same material I use to decide where I would start if I were working with you.
The 30 minute conversation
I ask and I listen. There are things about your business nobody can see from the outside, and that is usually where the best opportunities are.
The leak board
I tell you where the biggest bottlenecks in your business are and what each one is costing you today.
A plan in phases
What to fix first, what can wait, and what already works and is not worth touching.
In writing, within 2 days
A simple, well organised document with what was observed and what to do about it.
Selling machine diagnosis
The phone rings, but nobody calls back
The leak board
Quotes take 3 days and the competitor answers the same day
Does not show up on Google for people searching in town
No contact after delivery, and no review ever requested
Before you fill this in
Who it is for, and who it is not for
It is for you if
- You are the owner or a partner, and you are the one who decides
- The business already sells, but it depends too much on you or on luck
- You want the bottleneck solved, not a single task done
- You can invest something once the plan makes sense
It is not for you if
- You already know exactly what you want and just need a quote
- You are shopping for the cheapest option out there
- The business is still an idea and does not sell anything yet
- Someone else decides and you do not want to involve them
How it works
Three steps, and no sales meeting
You fill this in
Three steps, about 4 minutes. The questions are the same ones I would ask on the call, so they already cover half the work.
We talk for 30 minutes
I reach out within 24h to schedule it. Phone, WhatsApp or video, whichever is easier for you.
The report arrives in 2 days
With the leaks I find, in order, and the plan in phases. If it makes sense to continue, we talk. If not, no problem at all.
Let's start
Tell me about your business
Three steps, about 4 minutes. The more specific you are, the better the diagnosis gets.
Questions
What people usually ask first
Because this is how I show work instead of promising it. You see how I think about your business before spending a cent. If it makes sense to continue, we talk. If not, no problem at all.
No. I reach out to schedule the conversation and then send you the report. If you tell me you do not want to go further, I stop showing up.
That is fine. The report is built to be useful on its own: it separates what I observed from what I concluded, and a good part of it you can act on by yourself.
No. Plenty of the businesses I diagnose have no website, and in several of them the website is not even the biggest hole.
It depends on what the diagnosis finds, because it is not a fixed package. I build the scope around your bottleneck and present price and timeline before anything starts.
It does. I set a start time and an end time, and I respect both. The form answers exist precisely so we do not spend the call on what you already wrote.
